Today is the final day of the major league baseball season. In reflecting on the season that was, I couldn’t help but be reminded of a TED talk delivered by Toronto’s own Dr. Brian Goldman in relation to medical error. Dr. Goldman, in comparing medicine to baseball, provides a valuable and interesting perspective on the culture of medical error.  I highly recommend taking about 20 minutes of your time to watch and reflect on your own experiences with medical error!
