Answer: Pretibial myxoedema (also called localized myxedema, thyroid dermopathy, or infiltrative dermopathy). This is an infrequent manifestation of Graves’ disease. It is not restricted to the pretibial area and may involves the ankles, knees and dorsum of foot.
