Question: A patient presents to your clinic with fever and lymphadenopathy in association with arthralgias, fatigue, and the below-imaged rash. What is the most likely diagnosis? Bonus: What is the treatment?

Answer: The most likely diagnosis is Lyme disease. Shown here is the characteristic bull’s eye rash, or erythema migrans rash. The treatment is doxycycline.
