Question: A 34-year-old male was referred to a dermatologist for evaluation of a nonpruritic skin rash. The rash had appeared on his abdomen 3 weeks earlier and, over 1 week, had spread to his entire body, including the palms and soles of feet. What is the most likely diagnosis?

Answer: Secondary syphilis
