Answer: In this image, one of the main findings is a pancreatic pseudocyst which is a complication of chronic pancreatitis. In patients who are asymptomatic, the management is conservative and includes follow up imaging in 3-6 months with CT/MRI to assess for reduction in size or resolution. In patients who have symptoms or signs of obstruction/bleeding/infection, then drainage may be required.
