Response: These are eruptive xanthomas! Rruptive xanthomas are papules that are yellow/red and scattered over the extremities and body/trunk and associated with hyperlipidemia syndromes and diabetes among other conditions. Treatment often involves modification of lifestyle factors and treating the underlying condition.
