Question: What is the name of the physical exam finding above and name one disease that this can be seen in?

Answer: This is erythema Nodosum (EN) which is a form of panniculitis, which means inflammation of the subcutaneous fat with sparing of the epidermis and dermis. There are different causes, some include sarcoidosis, inflammatory bowel disease, Bechet’s disease, among others.
