Question: What is the name of the syndrome indicated by this ECG AND what pathology is it associated with?

Response: This is a Wellen’s syndrome characterized by biphasic or deeply inverted T waves in V2-3, plus a history of recent chest pain. It is highly specific for critical stenosis of the left anterior descending artery (LAD)!
