Question: What cutaneous findings are seen in the image above, and which disease is it ‘classically’ associated with? (Hint: The name of this finding is a bit of a misnomer…)

Answer: This is an example of lupus pernio. This is a bit of a misnomer finding – it’s not related to lupus, but is a chronic cutaneous manifestation of sarcoidosis!
