At the Women’s College Hospital Institute for Health System Solutions and Virtual Care (WIHV), innovative, collaborative work is being done to transform patient experience, improve outcomes, and lower costs. Increasing interest is being placed on novel care delivery through the use of virtual care models, and WIHV is a leader in the implementation and evaluation of these and other models of care which integrate the use of advanced health technologies.
