Wellness Update: Breaking the Stigma

In recent months, wellness in medicine has become a growing focal point. The mental health of medical students-or better put, possibly lack thereof-has garnered a considerable degree of interest in light of a study released in the Journal of the American Medical Association. But the problem is not just restricted to medical students, it is also pervasive among practicing clinicians of all levels.
