A Case of TTP: Revisited

In our #AMreport@WCHospital, we revisited a case of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) presented earlier in the academic year. TTP is characterized by an abnormal activation of platelets and endothelial cells, deposition of fibrin in the microvasculature, and peripheral destruction of erythrocytes and platelets.
